Chocolate, hazelnut and caramel. A Brazilian classic with plenty of sweetness. This single origin pairs a rounded body with gentle acidity for a smooth, easy-drinking cup. The light-to-medium roast lets those chocolate and nut notes shine — delicious black and especially good with milk.
Grown by Pedro Gabarra and his sister Mariana at Fazenda Pinhal in Brazil’s Sul de Minas region, these naturally processed Mundo Novo beans make a mellow filter, an easy-drinking espresso or a sweet, creamy latte.
