Fuelled by Caffeine
welcome
Rebel Barista® brings exceptional speciality coffee and premium teas to home baristas, coffee professionals, hotels, cafés and restaurants.
We’re obsessive about flavour, meticulous about quality and always up for a conversation that gets far too nerdy about coffee.
Shop the range directly through our online store. Our coffee is freshly roasted Monday to Friday, packed after cooling and dispatched using a next working day delivery service. We're serious about flavour and like to test the boundaries of what's possible.
Welcome to a unique taste experience like no other.
The Finest Arabica Beans
roastery
Our coffee is roasted in a closed-loop hot air system. Hot air moves evenly around every bean, building the sweetness, clarity and depth without scorching the good stuff. We select coffees from Colombia, Brazil, Kenya, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, El Salvador and India. Everyone roasted Mon-Fri and packed fresh.
The Team at Rebel Barista are obsessed with flavour - the kind that sends your taste buds somewhere far less ordinary.
Created for Pro-Baristas
selection & blending
We select and grade exceptional beans for flavour, quality and character, choosing varieties that work beautifully on their own or together.
Each variety or blend gets a carefully developed roast profile, balancing time and temperature to bring out its best.
Then we cup, taste and pull shots, checking aroma, sweetness, body and crema. We get unusually excited about the details.
Freshly Roasted Mon-Fri
That ultimate Coffee Awaits
Before any coffee earns a place in a Rebel Barista pack, it has to prove itself!
We roast Monday to Friday, carefully cooling each batch before packing to protect its flavour and aroma. Fresh coffee benefits from a little time to settle.
As excess carbon dioxide escapes, brewing becomes more consistent and the coffee’s character comes through.
Whether it's a single origin or a carefully developed blend, only coffee with genuinely exceptional flavour makes the cut.
