Delivery times and charges depend on the products you order and your delivery address. Estimated delivery dates and the total delivery charge are shown at checkout.  

Coffee & tea

Our coffee is freshly roasted Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–2 working days for us to prepare and pack your coffee and tea order before dispatch. Coffee and tea are sent by DPD or Royal Mail using tracked delivery services. Any next-working-day delivery service starts from dispatch, rather than the day you place your order. Delivery times can vary by destination.

Free delivery offer

Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more after discounts, excluding delivery charges. Applies to coffee, tea, clothing and other merchandise delivered to England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, including orders sent in separate parcels.

Coffee & tea packing and delivery price guide

Below the free-delivery threshold, or where the offer does not apply, coffee and tea delivery is charged for each weight band below, or part of a band. The rate depends on your destination. Your total delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Clothing and merchandise use the available supplier delivery quote, reduced by £1 per shipment. Eligible orders receive free delivery across all parcels when the offer threshold is met. Delivery dates and separate-parcel arrangements below still apply.

Clothing, accessories & other merchandise

Some products are made or printed to order, so their preparation and delivery times differ from coffee and tea. Delivery charges vary depending on the products ordered and your destination. Please refer to the charges and estimated delivery dates shown at checkout. These estimates include preparation and delivery.

Separate parcels

If you order different product types, such as coffee and a T-shirt, they may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. For orders below the free-delivery threshold, or destinations outside the offer, separate delivery charges may apply to each shipment. The combined delivery total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch & tracking

We’ll send tracking details as your parcels are dispatched. Orders sent in separate parcels may receive separate tracking updates. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Weekend and bank holiday orders begin processing on the next working day. Please allow extra time around Easter, Christmas and bank holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed, including next-working-day services. If your parcel is delayed, check your tracking or contact us and we’ll help.
