Our coffee is roasted in a closed-loop hot air system. Hot air moves evenly around every bean, building the sweetness, clarity and depth without scorching the good stuff. We select coffees from Colombia, Brazil, Kenya, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, El Salvador and India. Everyone roasted Mon-Fri and packed fresh.

Selection & blending
Before any coffee earns a place in a Rebel Barista pack, it has to prove itself!
Carefully selected green beans are sample-roasted, cooled, ground and cupped. We assess the aroma, sweetness, acidity, body, balance, and finish - then test, tweak and taste again.
Whether it's a single origin or a carefully developed blend, only coffee with genuinely exceptional flavour makes the cut.
